Return Period
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
After this period, orders will be considered final and no return will be accepted.
Conditions for Return
Items must meet the following requirements to be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect: we will cover the return cost or send a replacement
- If the return is due to customer decision (wrong order or change of mind): customer pays return shipping
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee.
Refund Information
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Refund approval or rejection will be notified
- Approved refunds are processed within 5β7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing time may take 10β15 business days depending on the provider
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours after placement. After that, cancellation may not be possible as processing may begin.
